Neither do I but when I click on the TL button I see:

The commissioner is still working with the GM's to review your team's information. The review period lasts until 4/3/2014 10:52:57 PM, and you will be unable to buy or sell any players until then.


I don't want my first act with my new team to be something illegal and cop a giant fine for breaking a clearly written rule. If you say it is fine then a shopping I will go.
