I do speak small amounts of French, Dutch and Spanish but would prefer to mentor in primarily English.

Besides this being a great effort, how do you plan getting rookies here? There's enough experience players that read these forums that can help out, but the difficulty is getting rookies in touch with us.

I posted the link from your signature in my League's forum. That way if any new players join (currently my league is all bots), they will see the thread, as it is the newest one, and come here looking for help.
