Every small/micro NT manager might agree, but what about the club manager that might not ever care about NT involvement and just wants a super big?

Well thats another problem, maybe the merch bonus for NT players should be bigger, I don't know. Feel free to post some suggestions.

Knecht (he will correct me if I'm using his name wrongly) re-suggested that recently and he is not the only one to do so. What happened with France U21 during this mandate (the elected coach who abruptly left the team would have been replaced a lot sooner with this rule and it's possible that some of the current drama would have been avoided) was the last "kick in the butt" to finally implement it.

In S32 or 33 our U21 coach decided to quit and it was quite a mess to get him replaced, as there are no rules how to handle such a situation.

Also considering your staff you should check every now and then who is still active. One of our LAs went bot without anybody from the BB/GM side taking notice.

Well, if it is boring as hell, that says something about your community. It differs for each country. If you feel that you are only getting criticized (fairly or unfairly), maybe you should try a different approach in involving your community.

Don't get me wrong, but most of the suggestions you are doing, are related to problems you are facing and cannot solve at this point. Instead of trying to advocate certain changes, try to find a solution for your problems by changing things you can influence.You'll have more success that way.

We have a small community, just like Austria, but that doesn't seem to stop us from having a lively discussion about the NT from time to time. I am not judging you as a manager, but it helped our community tremendously by inviting people to participate in a dialogue. Give it a try. Maybe people will get more excited and their knowledge of the game will increase, resulting in better players and GS for your NT. Heck, maybe certain views will help you increase your skills as a manager. We can all learn.

You have 120 Users, can't compare that to Austria at all.

I think you can't remove an elected coach by popularity just because maybe he has not a PR lvl 5 :p
You should link this decision above all on the results of the nt compared to the ranking; I mean could be enough to lose 2 matches for the number one of the global ranking, can't be the same for the last nt on the world ranking.

If you have a player pool of like 15 guys that are fit for the NT, you will see for yourself how bad of a fudge up it is, when your 150 TSP guy is out for a couple of weeks because his owner is a donk who has no clue about GS.

This is more a criticism of micronations/small nations than it is how the NT works. Your issue is not enough players, not a broken system.

It is pretty obvious that solving the NT issue is a lot easier than fixing micronations. So considering the history of the game and the way changes are made, I vote for the easy fix in this case.

Think of this as real life. Between the USA and the NBA. The USA NT is full of NBA stars. If we based this off of what you have suggested, you are saying that the USA NT could force the NBA team to drop their player from their team because the USA NT for the Olympics in Rio aren't happy with the game shape of the athlete.

With that in mind, you're saying that an NBA team should be forced to drop a star player they pay a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract to just because their game shape isn't up to par for the USA NT. The USA NT doesn't even pay the athlete anything compared to what their club team pays.

Sadly you're in a micro nation and that sucks. If you have a problem with that then start recruiting your friends and people in your nation and make it a macro nation.

More along the lines of the original topic, I think this is a great idea as long as it's based mainly on elected Managers not being active or becoming bots. It would not be a very positive atmosphere if an elected Manager got fired because 75% disapprove of the Manager. If you don't approve then wait for his term to be over and never elect him again. That's the point of elected officials, you elect them based on their ability and if you're wrong then wait for the next term until you can elect someone else in. But it sounds like this would not be the case. Thanks for writing this in the code! Great idea.

Yeah right. Who will compensate me for the effort to recruit around 500-1000 users to the game? What tools do I get to achieve this?

I don't care if you tell us some nice stories about USA, NBA or Team USA. This is not real life, so if we don't give a fudge about realism in certain aspects of the game, we can listen to more creative and outrageous ideas too.

Everybody and every country should play the same game, with the same opportunities and settings, no matter if its Guatemala or Spain.
