Very nice ratings. Nice to see Fallon putting on a decent show in what I would imagine is his last NT campaign.

probably the worst part about being a U21/NT coach. you can't control the GS. You think you've got everything planned out. A tactic to tackle each opponent... Only to realise that when the Gs is updated, you can throw all your preparations out of the window :P

true. the Englanders usually give me good game shape though, so i'm a lucky guy. The other euros who train for us, it's always a surprise

It must be said that the NT players generally are on good teams, who understand the importance of GS. Same can't be said for the U21 team players... but that makes the U21 so challenging. i must say, from what i've seen, U21 is more work than the NT, but it's far more enjoyable. Whats your take on it?
