Just to clarify the incomplete Manon's version of the story: Marin is on record saying that all sub patterns are bugged. Therefore none of them is working as designed. I can show you games with garbage time where a player got 46 minutes at a position and the other 2. If the guy who got 2 minutes was worse than he was, I have no doubt he'd have played 0 minutes, in a garbage time game (when this happened for the third time and I reported it for the second time, Marin acknowledged that sub patterns are broken).

And the 48 minute statement from Marin and Charles also needs context. That is not an absolute statement obviously, as the game will definitely give you 48 minutes if you play 5 players, irrespective of the substitution pattern chosen. So it should be probably intended that if you set a full lineup it is not a bug if your trainee gets subbed for a better/better stamina player from time to time.

My player (38707829) has been unable in the last three "trainable games" to get 48min, in the last minute he is subbed for some reason, getting 47 (and no, his Stamina is not super low, I have other trainable players with lower Stamina that do get the 48.

On a related note, what's the difference more or less between 47 and 48 in training %?
Being solely training my chosen road-to-success, this kinda hurts and I find it somehow illogical.
