It looks like there is a connection to that regional aspect.
We just tried out the following with another mate:

- login from Munich: works fine as usual. Use VPN through Heidelberg from same location - waiting forever on starting page for cdn.bootcdn.net
- login from Cologne: same issue, waiting forever. Use VPN through Berlin from same location - works fine as usual.

Hope this helps to identify the cause.

i try to log in from Berlin with firefox and windows and it still doesn´t work. with chrome now it´s fine. but i usually don´t use chrome!!!

Seems that is linked to OVH fire? don't have any problem there. That's really curious...

OVH's return is scheduled on 15th March or 19th. Can't wait it brokes another of my game...

Well i'm in Australia and having the same issues. Firefox is impossible to use. I'm using Opera but it is slow.

The same here too. Please fix it. I am going mad. I'm now using Opera Browser with VPN(US) but really ?? What is wrong.

I tried yesterday for about 2 hours and then again this morning. I'm out of the playoffs so it's not the worst, but I wasn't able to set my lineup for training or switch to a Team Training. So essentially I lost a week of training.

Somewhat annoying but I guess there's nothing that can be done about it...
