yeah but that is fine is your team is worse then your opponent, but that don't mean that you are a bad rebounding team.

The goal is to overcome bad rebounding,
when it affects your team's chances. This typically happens either when your team is otherwise weaker or the two teams are very close. If you're weaker, you may want to limit the number of shots anyway; if you're pretty much equal, you need to consider the relative strengths of the teams and one outcome is to try and create better looks for your team and limit the number of shots your opponent takes. There are other alternatives and other situations, but I think this is one that many teams face.
If you have no problems when you lose rebounding, then by all means concentrate on your own game and just forget about it.
