Ok

First of all i wish to thank all for being elected.Together i think we can improve ourselfs ,we can learn something each from another.I'll try to do my best to repay your confidence.

I already started to send private messages to all managers which have interesting players in their teams to know their plans for players. For training or for selling. if someone has enough bank to spent on players it would be nice if he would send PM.Also in terms of team infrastructure how the things are?

This is what i mean.

"Team Infrastructure

Serving as part of the Arena Designer, Team Infrastructure is a collection of five buildings that provide various options for team improvement. Each of the buildings is available in three levels, but having even the lowest level of any of them should be considered luxury, therefore they are not intended for fresh teams, and even seasoned managers might need to carefully consider investing in them. This is not only due to some pretty steep initial building costs, but also due to high weekly maintenance costs that they carry with them.

Here are the five team infrastructure buildings and their effects:

1. Gym - training is hard, but a well equipped gym will motivate players to spend extra time training, giving a wider range of skills a slight boost. The effect is very similar to the already existing cross training, in essence, the gym is giving your team more cross training "slots". Higher gym levels provide more personal trainers and additional equipment, giving the team even more cross training "slots".

2. Training Court - spending valuable training time on free throws is always a hard bargain, most teams opting to do in the offseason, when normal training minutes are harder to achieve anyway. The training court will enable players to work on their free throws during the season, additional to normal training. The effect is not nearly as large as dedicating a full week of training to free throws, but at least those weeks will not be necessary as often as they are now.

3. Health&Recovery Center - the good doctor needs all the help he can get! Additional staff, special diagnostics and therapy equipment, etc... The effect of the Health& Recovery center is quite straightforward: the higher the level, the quicker the healing.

4. TV&Radio Station - there's no better way to build up the hype for the upcoming match than through the media! Having TV and radio shows promoting the team achievements, past and present, will result in fans buying more merchandise, tolerate losses more easily and celebrate wins longer. But keep in mind, there are limits to how high the fan spirit can rise. Additionally, season ticket sales will also have a nice boost, especially with higher levels.

5. Merchandise Store - having a luxurious store in a prominent spot will boost merchandise sales. Similarly like investing in a nice arena design, the store will take a long time to return the initial investment but after that it will generate pure profit."

I would like to know if does exist an external group(more privacy ) where we can exchange ideas about games, players what is to be done whitout beeing scouted by foreign managers. It could be for example an WhatsApp group.

There are things which need to be improved about team and i dont 't wanna expose them here.

Rosters changes will be made ,some players will be added but i will also rennounce to some of the existing players .It's important to have the best players available .Next the game shapes .Please take care about players weekly minutes.

Have a good day/evening to all.

HI TO ALL,

After first game with China i dind't came with an communicate because i was very sick last week.I'm stilll on recovery.

Anyway ,the game hadn't has much history ,one of the best teams in the world which backups could easily beat us in the same manner. The goal was to loose at small difference and to preserve enthusiasm.

With Australia i went on normal enthusiasm ,but i was wrong trying to guess their offense.I 't a much better team with better GS ,i tried something but without success.

Will see what's coming next.

I have a lot of diificulities finding a best lineup, because we miss a lot of things.

Unfortunately ,the players which can still be trained ,are not beiing trained by their managers even if they are only 26-27 with HOF pontential..I would understand an foreign manager.......

The game shapes.Come on people you cannot use a players under 48 min.it will affect his GS.I need 9 of GS for all players,it not that hard.

For an optimal GS you should use a player 57-70 min a week depending on his stamina.

I m courious to see if someone come here and tries to have an conversation.

IF none of you will show and try to say something ,to show support ,it will be my last comment.I'm not used to speak alone .

I came with on open heart,i'm trying to do sometyhing but alone i don't have any chances.

All the best!

Hi, Cosmin & all Senior Sensei,

Good day.

FYI, I merely started playing BB four seasons ago (S60). As a result, I'm still working on improving my clubhouse facility to Max.

Currently, My clubhouse training court LV3 and the gym LV1...will be upgraded to LV3 by the end of December.
I will do my best to maintain their weekly minutes around 65 and GS to 9 as possible

I recently acquired two senior NT players, Ge Jingwen (48948627), Rob Abraham (48351831), and Wu Erjian (51851499).

Training Plan for Ge Jingwen (48948627) and Wu Erjian (51851499) will receive training for full S63, which will focus on increasing their IS and ID.

If you have any other suggestions, please share them with me.

As a newcomer to Malaysian communities. I'd like to help train and do my best to find some good potential players or young people for our future.

So, please let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Best Regards,
Ken

Hi guys,
Im selling 22 y.o. Malaysian player (MVP potential) - probably future NT player with very good outside skill set.
He needs inside training (IS and ID).
It would be great If he ended up in some of your teams.

Sorry for spam.

Hi to all .Has been some time since i didn't wrote something about NT progress so i ll say few words .

Vietnam game.

Sometimes i don't understand game engine.Yesterday they almost beat Australia ,ok with 2 gears of enthusiasm above .Ct vs low .But also they were close. And Australia is a strong team.

With us.I thought wil be a win ,i played low enthusiasm to preserve it,they played normal.I guessed their both offensive tactic and rythm ,put in lineup best OD and still beat us.In second quarter they had an 15-0 run which is not very common at NT level and that was it.Their strating center has no defense 2 od 16 ID ,has 97 TSP.He would not be selected in Malaysian team ,but still they beat us unexplicably in my opinion.

New Zeland.Unfortunately i played normal (and lost a chance to gain enthusiasm)because a defeat at that moment would leave us without chances at qualifying,i thought maybe they will play CT .Ayway we won the game without many problems.

Iknew we are the better team ,but also i knew the same thing with Vietnam and we lost against them.

Philippines.

Here i was a bit surprised ,i have to admit.Indeed i played normal they played Low enthusiasm (wise choice for them) but we were in front all game long. For them in not a big deal that they lost but for us it means that we are 90% qualified.

The difference was made by the free throws and reserves .For us they delivered well .

Macau .I expect an win here .

I dont think New Zealand have enough to beat Philliphines .

Please keep the game shapes at high level .This week i had the best GS for players.Almost all players were 8-9 at this chapter. For that i must thank all managers which have players in NT.

Also i have to declare my dissapointment regarding training.Only one player popped in this season even if there are players that can be improved..The on;y player which pops is trained by an chinese manager and is on Tl almost all time at a high price.I tried to convince him to lower the price (2.8 Mil) but i see that he still keep that price.

All the best for all.

Super exciting semi-finals in our national tournament. Both teams won by 3 against the previous finalists (S62 and S61!). Congratulations to One Punch Malaysia and The Eve of St Agnes! The tournament finals is really exciting!

Hi,

the team will be weaker next seasons ,because the old generation will retire and the are not many players that are coming from behind .The players that can be improved in these moment are not being trained unfortunately.

That is why we have to try to do the best with the the current team.

Cheers!
