A look at who will be joining SBBL next season:

From II.1 - Compassvale United vs Final Fantasy XIII
NT player Wang Xiang Jia and speedy Italian PG, Giovanni Duskhu should be good enough to get Compassvale United back to SBBL. Edge: Compassvale United

From II.2 - slinger vs SLZH
Bigman Anselm Martí and Harry Acuña of slinger will find it tough going up against Singapore Cup champion, SLZH. SLZH are eager to get back to SBBL so that they can finance their B3 challenge next season. Edge: SLZH

From II.3 - Xavis vs Team Sleeps
Xavis will be looking to bouce right back up after being relegated last season. Although they have a relatively smaller squad, they managed to stay injury free and will be led by II.3's MVP player, Pravdomil Mlýnek. Edge: Xavis

From II.4 - B.B.C.C vs Angel & Devil
B.B.C.C ranked 20 and Angel & Devil ranked 21 have both been to the SBBL before. Based on ranking, this should be close playoff between the two for promotion.

No worry, ur new rebuild team played well in their debut season. Next season will be much better, chances to win r even higher. Seriously, I dunno which side for me to hope for, both side is so strong, one wrong move n injury, I will be place is 6-8th place. It's gonna be tough 2 game. Slinger is so strong in their inside play.

S17 - SBBL - Playoff - Sessioes Doers beat Eric United 122-108 to earn first ever SBBL Final

Hard to bet on which player from Sessioes Doers will be the Player Of The Game.

Wing player Gerardo Tama, exploded for team high 38pts to marathon Sessioes Doers to an stunning 37-17 first quarter lead, then hold the lead for the whole game and never threathened to win the semifinal with final score 112-108. Tama, averaging only 9.6ppg on regular season, done his job well against bigger and slower Jankelis Paliukenas, allowed him to settle for outside shot very often.

Eric actually were racing back on 3rd quarter, frequently pound the ball to Cedomir Gusid and Sven Gruner, but Gerardo Tama shot just didn't miss, and he got a hand as well from František Šarvan, who shot 3/4 FG on that quarter. And with 4th quarter winding down, Eric United still can't find their way to comeback, and allowed SD to take their ticket to the Grand Final.

Rainer Mand led Eric United with 30pts and 9assist. Cedomir Gusic was held to 8/22 FG with 22pts and 14pts. Sven Gruner has 19pts, mostly converted on the 3rd quarter.

Sessioes Doers Ricardo Paz scored 22pts on 8/14 FG, Sarvan and scored 19pts (8/11 FG) and 11reb. Phil Hanson scored 16pts with only 17minutes playing.

Meanwhile on Great 8, duo Finnish Petrus Alexandersson and Tommy Kupila led Jaguars way to beat out Fat Alexander 106-90. Seemed all the way for their easy win after 12 points first half lead, Fat-A stormed back on the 3rd quarter, and it was only 4 points lead for Jaguars after Yeo Tse Hui daggered in a 28 foot three-pointer over Huo Xiang Song. But Jaguars quickly teamed up to extend the lead again.

And 4th quarter is much like they were at 1st quarter, which Jaguars rallied again to a 13 points lead behind Petrus Alexandersson 8 points on the quarter. The lead become 100-85 with 1 minute remaining, and Fat-A never come back again.

The game was much similar to their last meeting, which Karel Jagannathan and Adis Mehmedovic were pushed to foul trouble, enabled Jaguars to seize up more inside points and gained advantage on boards 58-39.

Yeo Tse Hui scored 27pts, Gianpaolo Montecucco 25pts and Foong Chin huat with 24pts. The rest of team didn't score more than 5pts. Zach Kutkin only played 12minutes and has 5pts.

Petrus Alexandersson led Jaguars with 32pts 20rebs 6assists 3blks, and Tommy Kupila scored 23pts and 5asts. Huo Xiang Shong has 11pts 11rebs and Lim Eng Ze 10pts and 14rebs.

With the win, Pekanbaru Jaguars will be matching up with Sessioes Doers for the first time on SBBL Finals.
