Not country, but nation...as in people. 1.3 billion to be exact.

after I was selected for my first U21 run, we started to train guys in SB. this was one of my main points. at the beginning it was hard to convince the managers to train SB rather than IS or rebounding. But now... it works. if i take our 19j old guys, we have already around 10 players with SB 10 or higher. and other guys (around 25) just a little bit behind. so this whole SB conversation is, for us, somehow amusing. i don't say that we will have the best team or win everything. no. but we will be in a good position, because we have already a solid basis against LI teams.
so Manon, you are not alone ;)

1.3 billion seems to be quite a heavily-rounded number, not an exact one. Couldn't you be bothered to type out 1,306,815,833 and counting? ;)

Well, the bottom line is Chinese train players like crazy and always use the same model, which is defense first and everything else second. I had a few U21 players trained by Chinese. We have a 19y old center with ID 15 and not much else, for example...anyway, I believe they have the most farms.

Wiki says there were 1 339 724 852 people in november 2011 and i seriosusly doubt that number has decreased since then. Just if were gonna be picky that is ;)

I stopped counting after 1 300 000 001 since I was only interested in proving it wasn't exactly 1 300 000 000. I do feel bad for the remaining people who were kind enough to queue up for me without ever getting their turn to be counted, though.

That would break the economy...of course not. He can earn around 15-20% of his salary, which is already quite a lot.
