While Shaq's player is young I would train 1v1 at the PG/SG spot instead of SG/SF forgoing the IS increase in exchange for more JS. I feel that for a SG the IS does not matter as much the driving can override a low IS and higher JS will be more suitable. I would also reccomend unless he is going to do JR single position to train JR once for every 2-3 JS at the PG/SG slots (Again forgoing the IS for more JS).

If his target position however was a SF I would not forgo the IS but thats all to the trainers preference.

Well the 1st guy is the player that you can train him for 2-3 seasons. 2nd doesnt worth it. he is too old to be something significant in the future.

If by century you mean until his 20th birthday, then you are right. Considering that his height would slow down his OD training, but that its level ralative to his other skills would increase it, let's say he gives him 24 weeks of single position guard training. On his 20th birthday he would be

Hüppevise: nigel (3) Viske raadius: hea (7)
Väline kaitse: hale (10-12) Pallikäsitsus: hea (11)
Üks-ühele: hea (11) Söötmine: hea (7)
Lähivise: väga hea (8) Kaitse alas: väga hea (12)
Lauavõitlus: väga hea ↑ (8) Viske blokeerimine: väga hea (8)
Vastupidavus: nigel (3) Vabavise: nõrk (4)

Kogemus: olematu (1)

From 20-22 work him on PA, OD, and JS or 1-on1 in a three skill rotation, and that guy is a great player on his 22nd birthday.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

What about his shooting skills? Yes you can do it, if you train only OD, but is that useful player? hardly. Also you have to consider that he not gonna getting trained alone, some other players will be trained among with him. Its not impossible for sure, but you are giving 2 much, with very little pay back.
