As Mav fav you consider Harris as a good PG? If yes then i can understand why you think that Parker is great 1 too. As a Mav fun you should know what is great PG. You had for several years the 2 times MVP, and now you have 1 of the best ever even if he is on his last days of his career. Deron? Paul? Those are great PG's not Parker. Even Rondo is better passing guard than him. Better player? Hardly. Do you think that Rose is great PG? he can drive at will but what about his court vision?

Parker is more product of the system than anything else. What he can do great? drive to the lane and use his unstoppable floater, using his quickness. Is he a great passing G? No. Just check his stats. Is he getting better? for sure thats why he can shoot some mid range shots. Parker will start fading away as soon as his athleticism dismiss. AI anyone?

Why Nash is playing at his 35 like an MVP? because he has great skills, 3pt shooting/passing/court vision. Qualities that will be there even when he will be 40.

What if you are training solely big men? (something that the majority is doing. Chose training positions and stick on them. What deference will make if i take my C from 1 skill at passing to 2? About cup. Just check my schedule. I had 2 strong games on the same week for the championship. Then cup game against CBBA team. Guess what? ive lost the cup game because i tried to give the proper training minutes to my players. Tell me again if its easy.

Handling for my big men its not a problem, and i am always finding time to train JS. Actually 4 of my 5 trainees have at least 7 on JS, with higher going to 10. I dont consider that as a problem. I can accept that JS is very important and i will find a way to train it. What about passing?

If you're training solely big men, then you have to play two games in week, with inapproriate positions:D You don't have to make a 22-0 season, or do you? And if you take your big men to level two, it might be useless, but what BBs should do about it? Make your C passing respectable? And about the cup. Again, do you want a 22-0 season? Plus now you can have scrimmages, what will make training even easier.

Solid but not great. The argument here is: How many PG's have won it all being the best player of there respective teams? of course you need solid to very good PG. Basketball its a team game. Thats how Tim won it all.

Nash indeed is not great on D, but from 1 side is not so bad either. Also Parker is not considered as a great one either.

In the end you pay them like they do it very often, and the guards who do it often get it for free ;) And if the Gm ain't dumb, they pay players because they help the team.

I have answered about Thomas. His team that time remembers me a lot the recent Pistons. Probably he was the best player of that team just like Billubs, but not by much. I actually those Pistons teams i consider them the most ''European'' teams in the NBA, couz they where built without a defined stars. Star where the team more than anything. Just like in Europe.

Oscar is 1 of my favorite players ever, but when he got his ring was many years before Magic. On my posts i said: "who is the PG who got a ring being the man since Magic''? Obviously i had him on my mind.

The key here is that the 63 PP100 of the visiting team's PGs is hugely irrelevant, since only 4 shots have been taken there. Same for the home team's SF and C (2 and 5 shots, respectively).

Ok, then you should discuss more about the way shots are distributed among players. More important than creating good shot opportunities is probably directing the shots towards the players who can have the best shots, taking advantage of mismatches, etc.

The more near you are to the basket , the better opportunity you have . So It should be easier for inside player .

BTW , there is three player outside and two inside , in order to getting balance , you can't let three player had the same scoring rate .

Nobody in my league dare to let three inside players starting now , because of the power of outside player .
