Sorry dude, but the more I read your posts, the more I think you make your arguments only to make them, and not to actually mean something. I'd like to see a practice of yours. The way you are talking about it, it seems nothing like I was doing in Slovenia.

But then when you think of it, Italy was never any good in basketball for last 10 years or more and if it's training's fault, maybe you should change you views on a couple of things.

I never say that 0,3 level of rebounding for a guard are worth 7 rebounding for a c like you make it up.

0,3 level of rebounding raise the salary of a player(few k,but however raise the salary),without improving his efficiency on the floor.Period
We are going to pay some k more every week, for every player we trained for what, half rebound every game?

it increase the effiency on the floor, if you are going to reduce this effect to zero. It don't cost salary too, especially when this 0,3 helps yyou to pay less salary for the same effort.

Yep. Jason Kidd makes all types of catches under the basket in traffic, high above his head. Happens all the time.

I'm probably just going to stop debating someone who knows nothing about basketball.

I'm not arguing training system shouldn't change. I'm saying has affected a lot of long term plans me and others invested in training their players. We knew the change is coming, but we didn't know how the training will change and couldn't adapt so previous news was something like:

"Training will change!!"

And we were like "Ok, but how???" and continue to train like we have already planned.

And 2 months later: "It will change like this!!"

And we are like "Nooo...!" and thorw the training plan through the window.

I have yet to see anyone explain why this minor change is enough to, as you put it, "throw the training plan through the window." I mean, I understand that when you multiply the anonymity of the Internet and the insanity of any of us who play in a game such as this, exaggeration is going to be given, but if you charted out a training plan for a guy from when he was 18 to 23, for example, the slowdown would require an addiitonal half season to reach the same level, assuming that none of the cross-training went to skills that you wanted trained. And the complaints about salary are even more absurd -- if you're training a G four levels in OD, for example, that's going to have a whole lot more of an effect than a random pop in SB and RB.
