la forma sale con i giusti minutaggi settimanali, ogni giocatore deve giocare fra 40 e i 70 minuti per una forma ottimale, sennò va bene anke fra 24 e 96 (ma di meno o di più è un calo sicuro)

dipende da cosa intendi per tanto...oltre i 96 minuti anzi calano, sopra i 70 possono calare...comunque più in generale la forma è random
