1st and 3rd trainee have already a great elastic effect set on OD, while second has still some time to go. I believe HA and DR should be at least three levels about OD to see any EE. Note that all three trainees are quite high and may not have many consecutive pops in OD.

Finally got a pop in OD and ID this season...

May be another pop or two in ID then focus on JS, PS and DR...

Just a heads up... that guy is really close to his cap. I would play around with Josef Ka's potential cap numbers to make sure he doesn't cap out earlier than you expected.

Thanks Folks. Yeah, he is very close to cap and I plan to finish him off with a few more pops and continue to find the next project...
