I don't know why everyone's complaining. It was known that there was an issue with the number of scouting points that was given out. If you didn't invest that much in recruiting, why would you suddenly think that you could scout every player?


everyone is complaining because some people who did that will now have the huge advantage of being able to respend all their points on the same draftlist with the same baseline rankings.

True, but those who ended in with negative points get a reset and a redo while everyone else is stuck. Some only scouted the 1 and 2 ball (10 point) option because they mistakenly thought they had more points. But only those who ended in negative will get the chance not to make that mistake. That's not really fair to the others who may have ended with 0, 1 or 2 points rather than negative 19.

Yeah i guess it would but if i knew all my points would go i would of used my 20pts in a different manner than i did

I think it would be nice and clear if Edju just stated that either they will reset the draft for everyone or that there would be no further adjustment. People could continue complaining but at least we would know whether the reset for everyone is under consideration or not.

I would seriously consider starting the draft again with the proper points and a fresh set of dratees.. the only true way to be fair... write off this debacle as an exercise... or trial

Yes, that would certainly be fair to all the people out there that didn't overspend with scouting points they never had and are happy with what they drafted so far. I am quite pleased with how I've used my scouting points so far and would not be happy if everything was reset and the couple of great players I've found disappeared. There's no perfect way to settle this.


I was thinking the same thing. Cracks me up how people complained for days about the BB's not rushing to get this released, and despte being patient there were some issues that they QUICKLY resolved....and here some of the same people were impatient, are complaining now. Sorry guys, but you can't have it both ways.

Just because you were lucky to find a couple of good players, doesn't mean resetting the draft isn't fair. The inequity in question is that some users get a redo because they ended with a negative balance rather than a positive balance. Really, the only way to offset this inequity is to do a reset and put everyone back on an equal footing. However, I do get the feeling that a reset for everyone is not going to happen since the BBs have been very quiet since this morning.

I agree too. Btw, is it correct that bot team will no longer choose randomly but according to the baseline ranking? Well, funny as it is, the first player in my league's baseline ranking had a 5 star Potential, 5 star Rating, 18 years old, SG at 6'6". o.O... possibly the next Kobe Bryant retired as soon as he's drafted? Sad...
