A look at who will be joining SBBL next season:

From II.1 - Compassvale United vs Final Fantasy XIII
NT player Wang Xiang Jia and speedy Italian PG, Giovanni Duskhu should be good enough to get Compassvale United back to SBBL. Edge: Compassvale United

From II.2 - slinger vs SLZH
Bigman Anselm Martí and Harry Acuña of slinger will find it tough going up against Singapore Cup champion, SLZH. SLZH are eager to get back to SBBL so that they can finance their B3 challenge next season. Edge: SLZH

From II.3 - Xavis vs Team Sleeps

From II.4 - B.B.C.C vs Angel & Devil

Both Compassvale and SLZH are much better than last season when they were on SBBL, not counted the promotion bonus money 1M... wow..

SBBL is getting tougher each season, hope I won't be relegated the following season if I managed to promote :(

Hey Bros, thanks for the well wishes! I will definitely try my best to bring the title back to Big 8 but it won't be easy. Jaguars has got the home court and is the No. 1 defensive team! Don't blame me if we loss the 'tradition' this year ok, haha :P

Ball is round, luck play a part as well. So anything can happen, jus like I gt lucky by winning that few point against u in Singapore cup. So trust ur team, they r strong.

S17 - Singapore - SBBL - Grand Final - Sessioes Doers (SGP rank 3) vs Pekanbaru Jaguars (SGP rank 4)

Not just a Grand Final, it has plenty to underscore.

The best-of-three series will present the SBBL MVP and its runner up, in which Eike Balkhausen and Petrus Alexandersson will have a chance to show their best to win their team for their first ever Championship.

Sessioes Doers come into the Final with their exactly the same troop that being crushed by Shohoku Backers on last season playoff semifinal. This season, they've become more unselfish, more flexible, grown up more and perhaps on their best performance all season.

Meanwhile Pekanbaru Jaguars had a few rebuilding process as result of season 16 failure. Tommy Kupila and Zhong Xuanwen are their latest upgrade on backcourt position, with expectation to bring more veteran presence to the team. Jaguars own the HCA, and they're looking not to let down their fans for second straight year.

Both team are expected to come out will full roster, as there's nobody on injured list. Game 1 will be at Tribuana Arena on tomorrow 6pm.
