For half a minute, I'd guess a 5% -- which is a large enough difference, compared to the actual percentage of time lost (which is 2-3%), yet small enough to give almost no observable loss in training.


For half a minute, it is closer to 1% for the actual percentage lost, a full minute is more like 2-3%. ;-)

Well, your 5% for the actual training lost could be closer to the truth than my 2-3%. So you win some, you lose some.

so, for example, playing 47 minutes and 48 seconds results in just 1% loss of training? i'm asking because it just happened to me today for some dumb reason.
