Extra incomes shouldn't be so high that it covers lost on gate receipts, TV etc. The chance of promoting after releagation si not so high. I think usually maximum 2 of 4 team in our country comes back next season after relegation from Div I.
I agree, rules should be as clear as possible

Im proposing the competition for Division 2 winners only - nothing to do with 6th or 7th place.

The increase in bonus is a once off - so for yo-yo clubs the same bonuses would apply.

yeah but before you win div 2 you had to get there, and which makes promotion more lucrative makes also demotion out of league one more attractive(or less bad). Especially in countrys where you could count with some won rounds, and solid extra earning through this new cup.

And we have already have the problem that team tank into relegation, and the risk of the strategy becomes even smaller when the div 2 get more attractive for good teams.

MORE comps like the BB3 for lower divisions......

Therefore might be usefull to create some kind of UEFA for a 1st dvisions at the same time. Once will be possible to participate on something like this even for PO semifinalists, would be better to put into the game some effort than go and relegate.

As the thread title suggests - why not add more global club comps that run on Weds.

A BB3 for winners of Division 2 & 3 should translate to more teams wanting to promote. Also if the reward for promotion was greater the first time you promote up a division this could increase the chances of staying up and put increased pressure on the teams at the top.

ie. Promote from Division 2 to Division 1 for the first time = $3mil
Relegate and promote again - normal $1mil bonus only.

Why simply not raise promotion prizes indipendently from thoseBB3 Division 2 and 3 tournaments,that could be however be implemented in some kind of arcade way with as only prize the free pass for one season in BB3 as reward for the winner?

I like thought competition. I want see 100 most powerfull teams in one tournament :D
But my advice is maybe make 2 B3 type tournaments

1st is where plays league and cup winners who is in WR 1-1000 + Cup and league Finalists/semifinalists who in WR is 1-1000 (it makes competition more interesting. i dislike those matchs where plays, for example, Barbados 1st team against ESV Laim... . Its booooring.)

In 2nd tournament plays other winners etc.

This isnt fair against weakest winners, but where you see in one tornament plays teams with so big diference between its power. For example Latvian champions in basketball dont play against chamion of Spain, if our team dont get trought hard qualify and it can do only become stronger.

I like this idea , this should be implemented by season 15 or 16.

i can not understand why better teams of a country won't participate on a cup like this. So why this cup is for 2 league and not for the teams who finished higher.

I would like to see that competition go forward, and it would be possible to have 3 levels of competition.

In the present format, in the best case cenario, where the CUP winners are ALL different from the CHAMPIONS, we can have the maximum of 196 teams (98 countries x 2 teams), therefor we need a maximum of 8 rounds to finish the competition.

If we add another competition, for Div.II champions and defeated cup finalists, then we would have the maximum of 490 teams (4 champions x 98 countries + 98 cup finalists), and we would need a maximum of 9 rounds to finish it.

And we could also add another one for Div.III, and there we could have a maximum of 1.568 teams (16 champions x 98 countries), and here we would need a maximum of 11 rounds to finish it.

If we want to push it, we could even have another level for Div.IV, where we could have a maximum of 6.272 teams (64 champions x 98 countries), and we would need a maximum of 13 rounds to finish it, but i don´t think this would add much more interest, because at this level there is much less competition and much more bot teams.

As for the competition's name, we could have something like this:
BuzzerBeater's Best (actual name)
BuzzerBeater's Champions
BuzzerBeater's Development

And to top it off, we could add an All-Star with the best players from ALL the 3 competitions and name it...you guessed it right...BuzzerBeater's All-Star.

Then we would have BBA + BBB + BBC + BBD to name all the different competitions.

Please give your comments and/or suggestions.

Would like to see many more comments and suggestions on this matter, because it's something i really think we should press on to see implemented, in order to keep this game improving and atracting a wider fanbase.
