Balls, balls, balls!!! I just want a player (or 3) who can shoot the ball. lol. As a new GM (this season), the draft seems to be deliberately confusing. Just like the real thing!

Trust me ull want players with 5 balls and 5 potentail because U can train them into beasts or u can sell them right after the draft for More cash then u would make in 3 seasons of Income :)

by the way does any1 know what happens to the scouting points which were not used at the end of the season... can I keep them for next season (for example if I am leading my league i will not want to spend the scouting points).

Any ideas?

This is simply bad logic and not true. If they were totally random, they would also bring the same information accuracy of zero to every manager.

IMO, they are not totally random, but very inaccurate. There would be no point in having the word-on-the-street rankings at all if they were totally random, except to confuse managers, which itself would be pointless.
