Do you train inside defense and hope for a shot blocking pop or do you just train shot blocking?

Boss has a Mike Myers comical relief about him. Overplay the funny. The first few times he states Shotblocking to Legendary, was pretty funny. Then next dozen times, it kind of starts to become repetitive and stale. Then, after another dozen or so, absolute comedy ensues. Take for instance Austin Powers. After he awakes for his chryogenic sleep, he heads towards the urinal. He starts urinating. After 12 seconds it becomes funny. The next 12-18 seconds, you are sitting in your chair thinking ok this is stupid. Then the final 20 seconds it enters the realm of the obsurd and then becomes funny again.
