dude,

better watch what your saying,we already said a lot of pointer its up to you now how you digest it, we cant keep feeding you info. use that crack of nut of yours. ( no offense meant)

as one player said never underestimate the players in your team, i never sold any of my stars because i dont know if i can find someone up to par compare to them. but i already fired those i cant use especially with the high salary.

check your players salary is another, if you got a good player but seldom use and high salary either you sell him or keep em.

i dont think its fair for you to say to the bb's that they need to rework on the economics of this game, you need time to understand how things work here. the you start saying things you thought through.

selling players to get money is like playing the lottery, if you won and by BB standard you get a lumpsome amount of money to work on what strategies or plan but it doesnt translate to winning since its you like rid of yourself of a excellent guy for a above average guy maybe or worst or better. while winning is a constant way of getting money on a regular basis like example since im winning im getting almost 60k a game so everygame at my homecourt i get 60k.

if your concern is just getting money to work on quick basis then sell your guy, if your a patient guy and likes planning then work on the wins. pls understand your motives and what you plan. we will be glad to help you but dont criticize something you dont completely understand.

this is a manager online game, meaning you manage so start doing it. think :D

Ok...

1. The economy is fine as it is.

2. If altering to the economic model needs to be done in the future the BBs have thought about it and have prepared methods to deal with any instability.

3. Everyone please stop arguing about this it is an issue that has been WELL covered in the forums and long posts explaining each individuals economic reasoning does nothing to convince the BBs. (I know I have been there)

You will all see that economic success is not that difficult. Play a season or two and you will find out how to develop and be a great success.

I can only say that you need to find a balance between 'training and selling' AND upgrading your arena. Do not neglect either or you will enter the red zone and be shot for bad management. ;)

I'm not telling people to watch what I say. I can say anything I want. It is constructive criticism and I'm sure that they can handle it.

I started three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my first home game. Needless to say my finances are completely and utterly hosed. I get three TV games this season but the first two are on the road and the last one is the final week of the season. I'm already in the red about $5000 and that is with no player purchases. I feel reasonably confident that I won't be able to financially survive the next few weeks.

TV revenue is split between the two teams, home and away.

If you have a draftee at a position you don't ordinarily train, sell him now.

I was quite pleasantly suprised at the first-day bids for a couple of very average draftees that I put on the market.

Just started 2 weeks ago. Started with $100,000. I now have $120,000. I have cut my roster down to 12 players. I have not bought any players. I have hired a level 5 trainer. Even after I have been getting the noob $50,000 I am only making $10,000 per week spending no money on anything. Once that $50,000 disappears, I'll be bankrupt 4 weeks after.

I know every team starts off the same, but the way I see it, I will be bankrupt in 6 weeks. What can I do to make sure that I will have money to sustain my team?

Advice please!

TIA!

- Vit

Win or sell players...cant do both, if your not good, or lucky.

think its in yuor case nice to sell some good so you make 100-200K in your bank...
then start thinking other things.
