$40 31 yo C will not have been trained, so that when he goes FA, his sale price would be determined by X10.
How do you get to 40k salary without training? He must of been trained sometime in the past.

If they were not drafted and started right away with great knowledge. Where does the just started team get 3mil for lvl7 trainer. Obviously there are cheaters and NT farms and these are the guys we should be fighting against. But you are making it look like every NT is cheating.

also i know that for example perpete, had scanned all new french week weekly in the past to find new team and welcome then. Since he is also commited to the french team, he also could help at least our scout do that when they get a great talent reported on a new team.

In small countrys it is also main work of a nt to rescue players, and that just 1/3 of all player stay at the game is normal and we had some big rushes in the past who could lead to plenty undrafted players(i believe the phillipines should be a big country which soon should get lot of undrafted players in it).

I assumed the calculator would only work on the last one season of training or something like that.
so when i say a 31 yo player has not been trained, i mentioned in the previous 12 months. Perhaps the OP can clarify on his thoughts for how long in the past the calculator should go for?

There are a few countrys (which forums I read) that have a new team scouting system and they message to those managers at the moment they create a team. They assign mentors to them to try to keep them in the game. Those countrys vary from 500 users to 3000 users. I think there are plenty of similar countrys who do this (and which forums I am unable to read). I browsed through top11 U21 teams. Occurence of undrafted players is below 1. With the exception of Brazil. The players that have been on retired teams, have been picked up by teams that are clearly not farms. Few of NT players are 18yo, with great potential and their team has gone bot. Not great skills, behind on training and probably, prolly not going to be a NT superstar if picked up too late.

mabye release the value as a beta, soem education for peopel on what it costs to train these plaeyrs and a reality check for waht is going on in the economy and regular concerns that plaeyr sare cheaper to buy than to train.
The OP is just wanting to make people understand, how much player training is costing him and the other micronation managers, who are able to do it and still win and stay in divI. I have a problem with this in a sence that noone is forcing your hand to start training 18yo's with lvl7 trainer. When everyone stops to train those players, there will not be many options to choose from, those 21-25yo already trained players, that can produce at the top level and are still trainable. Young players who are trained good will get bought, the problem is, Wolph seems to think the young players should be worth more, which is wrong. If supply is greater than demand, you should pick another rout (buy those trained guys, train older guys, sell complete players) or try to find cheaper ways for supplying young players.

My main problem with your idea is, that you think training must be worth it's cost, when actually the price of training is modified by the supply and demand at the transfer list.
I agree that setting a higher initial price for FA's was a good move by the BB's. I just don't understand why would you feel the need of upping the value from 10x salary. There are already a lot of players that do not sell for 1mil. 10x salary works well, because the one dimensional players, who usually have a higher salary because of it, will not sell and multiskilled players usually sell at higher value. Surely you are not saying the equally trained SF's get sold cheap are you?
I think the BBs want a balance, equilibrium etc.
Getting closer to equilibrium, means lesser and lesser free funds in the system. Therefore it's hard to imagine prices going up when there is less free money in the mix. With your suggestion it would be mostly the same as removing FA's all together. I think the current 10x salary is good enough a solution for now.

NB! You are overly paranoid about those multiaccount training accounts.

I reported elsewhere that I found an NT where 5 of their U21s, most of their starting lineup WAS NOT DRAFTED..... That means brand new accounts either sold the player right away or signed up with expert knowledge of how to train U21 NT players...... We are talking about 1/2 the team.

I own an U21 french player that was part of my original team. But I did not cheat in the way you describe it, I've just been helped by experienced managers ;)
