I won't make him that much salary

Okay Fari,

I don't like the way you replied me, but I will answer you.

I have been NT manager for 6 seasons. I know a lot of players on the top NT's. Also Team USA I have a lot of knowledge about.

To get a 18 year old drafted this year in a national team. You need at least 130 skillpoints on the 10 first skills. Starting from an average of 50 means that you have to train at least 80 skillpoints on a player to get him in a NT. Training all the skills to get a multi-skilled player takes a lot of time, because you have to play the player a lot out of position and those trainings goes the slowest. 4,5 weeks to wait for a pop when they are 23,24 is not uncommon.

Last point, Wolph sounds sometimes a little bit harsh, but he is a very knowledged person. Listen to him and you get a lot of information for free, which would take you years to gain by just playing this game.

I can see your point, I understand that it is very hard to train players passed their 26th season. Out of position training is definitely hard and takes commitment. Skill points matter, but think his pot makes up for it and he will train longer.

But, this is my 9th season in this game, so I shouldn't be taken as some manager in D.IV. But he can't just bash me for his misunderstanding of my response. And I agree with most of his theories. I might even do what he says, I never was rude to him. I even thank him for his 1st response on previous post. At the same time shouldn't discredit anybody on the knowledge of the game imo. If you cut out that long paragraph about "I don't have any experience", and his last paragraph. I would have completely acknowledge. But why does he put such comments in his response....idk. Bashing anybody to my knowledge is not considered helpful.

I think the most appropriate response is that it's likely that the player could eventually someday reach those skills, but how are you going to afford to keep him on your roster those last few years, or how will you be sure that whoever buys him from you continues training him?

Hopefully I promote in the years to come, he will be quite affordable in his early years until his primaries are high enough. I have the head start on my arena, but if my plans don't work out I'll sell him for sure. And probably contact managers from NBBA/D2 to snag him.

I never said that NT's need a lot of 280k salary centers read my posts again, all I said was if people make a center like that, it will be a sacrifice for that teams clubs as for as money flow, and economy esc.. If you read all my messages again to it's entirety you would have got that. In this case I agreed with you in my last posts, you misinterpreted. And you still are misinterpreting.

Your taking this game way to seriously. I understand people can make false statements. But totally bashing them of there ideology then, all you do is diminish their standards on playing the game, then some people will just quit all together. It is what it is but, correcting those incorrect statments without criticism should always be welcomed by managers. You made a long paragraph what I don't know, instead give me more advice on my player. Again you started your team in D2, you have it easier then our managers in the USA. The only reason why, I'm in D4 is because I saved up tons of money. Leagues do not classify your class, or ideoligy, this is just false which your making it out to be that way, look at what your Saying

Just be careful of what you say. And do it Constructively.

This is my 3rd time saying this, I never said NT's want 280k centers, thats what your saying. Your ok to me and I'm srry, I understand where your coming from, now. But know this. A lot of people won't take your criticisms lightly and probably a lot hasn't, its just the tone of it, but if thats how you are that cool. You didn't hurt my feelings at all, its a game. I have a life, not that you don't either. I said that I agreed with you, but you misinterpreted. Even though I'm D.IV, that dosent mean anything about knowledge of the game imo. Please criticize me more. Maybe when I'm in D2 or NBBA, I can challenge your logic. But I'm just in D.IV what do I know, lol.

Seriously read my post, you misinterpreted. Also, let get back on topic plz.
