He doesn't have a test environment. Why that's the case I don't know, however he could have started with the US or whichever country goes first and then after checking all looked in order move on to the other nations.
I think he will have to redo everything from scratch which is a pity since I have a great schedule draw in both my leagues (2 home TV games, first rival game at home, first game of the season also at home)
