Thanks for all of the comments on my player and advice for training future big men. Also, tough start to the season for my team, which is slightly better than last year's team. That team made the playoffs. But what a tough start for the Mountain Eagles. 0-2 because of a one point loss and a two point loss. Hang in there, that's not the worst way to start out in this league. We have some great competition here.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

Had he had been made to be more of a scorer (IS and JS) he'd be an amazing PF or SF (and people would be drooling over him in the transfer list). I think he's best suited as a do it all Center. Low in salary and will still beat up other Centers that are double in salary.

In future maybe a little less shot blocking and a little more IS, ID and RB. I see you wanted a low salary dominant big and you made one. The thing is shot blocking (at sensational or higher) is something I try to stay away from because it puts a lot of cost in the salary.

I agree with the SB, though I trained it up to see what it would do and also because BB made it a bit cheaper a few seasons ago. The big increase actually came when I finished training him at age 28 in RB. Going from level 12 to 14 increased his salary by around 15K. Even with 15 ID and 13 SB his salary was only 55K when he had 12 RB.

Nate, agree on the Center comment. That's where I'm going to mostly play him the next several seasons. He has a versatile front-court mate who's still being trained but has the following attributes:

9 9
9 12
12 10
12 13
13 10

I'm trying to get this other guy a bit higher in JS and IS but he's going to cap soon.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? I just had the high bid on a trainer with seconds to go and the auction ended. I immediately checked my finances and they hadn't changed so I clicked on the trainer because I had him bookmarked. There was a bid placed EXACTLY 3 minutes (to the second) after my final bid and the auction ended right there. Kinda got screwed. Oh well...just wish I hadn't set an alarm for 1am!

That's never happened to me before, it always pumps the time remaining back up to 3 minutes for any bid inside of the 3 minute to go mark.

I'd contact the powers that be and tell them about what happened. In my mind you have a legit issue that needs to be addressed.

I agree. I think I'll do that. It definitely seemed intentional. Like this guy had found a way to cheat the system.
