Hi to everyone, i’m from Italy and i’m not a multiuser ... ;-D

I candidate myself because, after many years, i need a new interesting challenge and it will be perfect. I can’t promise dreams, World Cup or something similar ... the only things that i promise to u21 team of Singapore will be the maximum presence every day and a complete collaboration with NT coach for planning future.

I’m not Pat Riley and i’m not from Singapore but i’ll work hard if you choose me as U21 coach.

Any questions are welcome ... sorry for my english :-D

I'm bored with false accusations. I do not have a multi-account. Everything has an explanation that nobody cares about, but I pay here with a Singapore paypal account. I pay so that people like Japanguro can play for free. Someone may think that if I was not interested my team would pay the supporter. The next time he accuses me of cheating I will denounce him. And I do not intend to say anything more. As you will see, this message is directed to BB-Charles.

Why are you spying on 18/19 YO players? Could be only for one reason and you shouldn't do it, if you want to know of any player over 21 you should ask for it, it is clear that they won't be in the NT roster soon..

I think it's not wise to question this honestly, especially with someone whom you'll be working with . Frankly speaking, I don't see the problem in such matters - in fact it could be an asset for the next U21 manager

Sorry for assuming, but judging from the ratings players gave the last U21 manager and the U21 manager not rerunning this term, and the lack of communication being the highest concern here, I am assuming that there might not be much (if any at all) passing over of duties to the next manager, hence you (or anyone succeeding him) will probably need to start off a blank slate. There almost might not have been much communication between the U21 manager and SHP (sorry for assuming, do correct me if I'm wrong), hence he'd have to do things alone, and there is no guarantee that the next manager would communicate well with him (so it's much safer for him to prepare first).

That said, in Kwan's case, I would say let's not hurl out accusations for now and leave it to the GMs, since it has been reported. We should rather be focusing on the future of our U21 here.

Well, I think he answered before I do, regarding his behavior in the last week, it's seems like he´s doing it not for a good reason.
There are 6 managers on the pit but just one of them got XP analysis :). No problem at all.

Communication is a matter and (if I win the election) I´ll try to improve it, with all of the involved here. I can´t talk so much about it until I´ve got the chance to prove it.
Seems it will be difficult but I trust everyone (or almost) wants to make our NTs better.
