It should be changed because it never made real sense to begin with that players as young as 21 and below needed as much playing time to grow as older players.
The saying You cant teach an old dog new tricks is not true but it is close. As people age, they develop athletic skills more slowly. There is a reason why the Basketball and Soccer worlds love young players so much. They can develop them easier then older players.
With that said, why should it take a full 48 minutes to develop a younger player that is far more like a sponge then older players anyway? Just like skills pop at a different rate between older and younger players on here, there should also be that difference in how much time is needed to get that full training effect.
A smart organization adjust and grows over time, not just continues things in the exact same format for sake of doing things the way they have always been done to keep things hard. BuzzerBeater is a smart organization and so hopefully they will implement a change to this effect if they have not already. It does not even necessarily make things 10 times easier anyway, just more sensible and progressive. This is a small but effective way at making a more competitive game
