i was in III for seasons, and last season i paid 270k of salaries
i finished second in the regular season with a 14-8 record. a team with 13-9 made playouts
the average weekly income was negative, so no room to improve (my last operation on the market was in FEBRUARY)

THANK GOD i was lucky enough to be promoted to II and i left that frigging nightmare of a III

but yeah, i suppose we're just "bad managers"

The problem is that he spends 150k more in player salaries than I do (I'm a div.III team also). He wants to spend 280k in player salaries and still have profit.. yeah right. And lets not discuss him making 157k in the last home game.

I pay 135k because I don't need to pay more. 270k doesn't bring you any profit but you still complain. I manage to pay 135k and I have good PROFIT.

so how can you be the best manager if everyone in your league has better team? You dont play against some guy from Africa, so dont put this in front. You all in the same league have the same possibilities. I think its pretty simple to understand. so how is that can you being best manager in the world in Italy div3 cant compete with other italian same div teams? there is allways someone who wins, no matter salaries. event if you pay 20k salary in total, there is allways one person who will be promoted.
And you are not much better than lithuanian div4 team(aswell as division)

if you all get 250k extra every week, how it will change any thing. you would just payed salaries 520k and in balance it would be the same. as for tough div it happens. but how can you say that there is nor room for improvement, when you can train player and sell him for example 3M. even if you go -100k every week on salaries, you still would be spending those money 2seasons, which I think is enough to promote, and yes, if there is a stronger guy, maybe you should cut salaries for the entire season and boost befor playoffs. posibilities are endless. it is the best manager who wins and not the one who pays most salaries

Man, you really should keep crying... only 157k at home?! Am I wrong or that´s true? Cus if it's true you really need to change some of the prices of your arena, cus if not, you will never go to the next level.
