Just a heads up... that guy is really close to his cap. I would play around with Josef Ka's potential cap numbers to make sure he doesn't cap out earlier than you expected.

I dont think so, but if I were you I would first train OD to 13, and then do one on one forwards, and passing.

Cross training is random and can affect also skills like IS, RB, ST, FT...maybe you meant "secondaries"?

Btw, before OD, JR and PA training I'd train 1 on 1 for this guy for at least 4 more weeks in order to avoid negative elastic effect when OD, JR and PA move much above DR and HA.
