You would not be 0-9 in IV.10. The good teams are very good, but the bad teams really suck. You could be 4-5 depending on which divsion you would be in. How do you think you would do in IV.20.

It would be. And, in my tournament game I play Pennsylvania Quakers in the NBBA. I'm gonna win. I got an enthusiasum of 12.
