Wow PP, what a pickup!

Are you able to support a $315k salary roster? I think that would sink me!

I'm keen to see your next matchup with Naker, wondering who we'll be left to deal with next season!

PP that is a MASSIVE buy. So much so that I am glad that i'm no longer in III.6 as i think MMM, Naker and PP could all beat me these days. I mean PP, your team is now ranked ahead of mine in the aussie rankings, which also means it ranks higher then half the teams in my Div II league. I think this must be your last gasp at promotion because it's hard enough managing a team salary of over $300k in Div II, let alone Div III.

Looks like a fantastic finals series is on the cards for you boys, and a great run of games ahead following the all-star break.
PP, i seriously want to have a scrimmage against your team.

My salary towards the end of last season was around the $350k mark...

I now have 100k less and my income is by far more than what it was.

3.6......... You are a kill-joy or a refining machine, or both.

Yeah pity I couldn't get him before our game donuts. I knew I was in trouble with that one due to my gameshape issues and having sold all my guards. Crunching you I thought I had a chance but no.

It was either crunch or tie and throw it. I thought the fans would hate me if I did that and since I am relying on attendance I didnt want to annoy them. However now I have been 1 balled by the fans anyway just for losing. But perhaps they like the new recruit as I have 3 balls for the sale stat for the first time in a long time. We will see how he goes. Not sure if I can keep him yet but it is fun to have him for a little while.

Dang, my salary isn't at that level now and i've got a deeper more expensive roster than i did in my last season in III.6. That gives a real indication of just how hard it is to get out.

I reckon if i didn't get out when i did i'd still be fighting away with mmmdonuts, PP and now Naker to promote this year.

I still think my team is stronger for now, but I'll find out soon enough :)

Me too, I was incredibly lucky to get out in the season I did, look how tough everyone is now it is brutal. But at least it is a very fun league to be part of, probably the toughest and one of the two most active.

Well we over in division III.12 would like to propose a challenge over ASW.

this is what we propose.

instead of random scrimmages the top 4 big 8 teams from 3.12 play the top big 8 from 3.6 and vice versa, seeing as close to full strength rosters can be played.

eg. Big 8
Beasts Red Vs. Mmmm Donuts
Wagadugu Hippos Vs. Brisbane Thunder
Gisborne Gladiators Vs. Svetties
Mad Rangas V.s DragonZ

Great 8
ACT Blaze Vs. Viral Infections
Be High Vs. Possum Chasers
SammyDog Vs. Renegade Enterprises
CRE Towers Vs. Richmond Tigers

the only concerns are obviously cup games for PP and Hippos. i dont know how that works over the ASW whether they play the saturday game and cup and scrim or what?

and the other concern is getting certain teams to participate. eg. CRE, sammydog and be high for us. and svetties for you. if that is the case it could be we elect 4 teams from each conference to do battle?

indeed you do have a rich history.

i believe we also have the likes of South Victorian Menstrals, Jerries, and the big gun Zaz to boulster our ranks.

but for now if we can we should keep it to current teams in the division. cause those names above scare me a little.

im sure 3/6 can find enough cannon fodder for 3/12 to crush GRR
