I used a level 10 trainer, now a 5 with the changes. Only trained 1 position (Center) for the first 10 levels. Then because of the wage and because i wanted to train a couple of guys I switched to PW/C (I'm not sure if Power foward is the right name for that position?)

Always reached the 48 minutes limit, and I tried to train the 3 important skills equally (shot/defense/rebound). So now hes (16) in all 3 main skills, (9) blocking, (7) free throws

Sorry for the crappy english, I hope I made myself clear xD

The only way to get players that good at that age is constant Single position training 48 minutes everyweek.

as i heard ikstens get 2 position training, and one of the other top ten players motte get salary "neutral" guard training since nearly 1,5 seasons.
