if you all get 250k extra every week, how it will change any thing. you would just payed salaries 520k and in balance it would be the same. as for tough div it happens. but how can you say that there is nor room for improvement, when you can train player and sell him for example 3M. even if you go -100k every week on salaries, you still would be spending those money 2seasons, which I think is enough to promote, and yes, if there is a stronger guy, maybe you should cut salaries for the entire season and boost befor playoffs. posibilities are endless. it is the best manager who wins and not the one who pays most salaries

Bad managers.

said the guy that pays 135k of salaries in III
LOLZ
i was in III for seasons, and last season i paid 270k of salaries
i finished second in the regular season with a 14-8 record. a team with 13-9 made playouts
the average weekly income was negative, so no room to improve (my last operation on the market was in FEBRUARY)

THANK GOD i was lucky enough to be promoted to II and i left that frigging nightmare of a III

but yeah, i suppose we're just "bad managers"

Man, you really should keep crying... only 157k at home?! Am I wrong or that´s true? Cus if it's true you really need to change some of the prices of your arena, cus if not, you will never go to the next level.

well, I dont think Ekranas has same income as Internacionale. Couse if it would, it would be as strong as Inter. And he is not crying, because Suduva, Banga, Tauras and other lithuanian teams have the same stadiums, the same TV contracts and are pritty much in the same boat. and it is the manager who puts them on top.

Ekranas has weaker player than Inter that's right?
Trakys should score 20 goal in A Lyga and not in Serie A isn't it?
Trakys certainly took less salary then Milito right?
Ekranas stadium is 9.940 not 80.000 and in any case are you sure that 80.000 lithuanian would going to see Ekranas match?
Ekranas certainly would never buy Messi...

Transfer Price Estimate: There have been 6 recent transfers of 25-26 year old centers with phenomenal-legendary inside shot and hall of famer-all-time great potential. Jerzy Wisniewski is probably better than all 6 of these players, but the few that are most similar have been selling for around $ 2 650 000 to $ 3 000 000.

And what did he sell for?? Under 1.7mil.

Ok so the guy is over $600k wage but his only dubious stat is passing. Why bother having attributes that can be built to 20+ if they aren't sustainable? This guy is not a mono-skilled beast, he is simply a BEAST and something has to be done to encourage and make better use of players like this. It will be interesting to watch his career over the coming seasons. He should win games wherever he plays but he will seriously distort the true competition at the same time.

Right now we have a system in place whereby you can go buy yourself instant success and this can/will trump other tactics. I think the game is in serious danger of watching teams going for a win and then quit or try win, fail but still quit.

Its time for transfer contracts that tie down players to teams and that can reward longer term planners.

Either that or make all players more affordable or dont allow them to be trained to levels beyond a clubs financial means.

so what do you mean by that? I understand - you are Inter fan. good for you. I like Milan more. If Ekranas wins any day Champions League, I guess 80k fans will come eventually. but it has NOTHING to do with with BuzzerBeater. what do you suggest in BuzzerBeater pay money accordingly population? then USA will ask for 150M a season. try compete then.
