Just check that game of my NT. Run and gun against LI. We played CT, but again the ratings shows that England is the better team. And no offensive flow wasnt the problem. They had high enough (higher than us) (8675)

Offensive Flow.. is the key of BB now?????

Dribbling/Agility/passing is "easy" to train with ridiculous salary for this result ?

I think it's quite difficult to say that OF is now the solution for every team in BB cause it's impossible to have a clear picture about the real skills of the players you're facing. The value at the end of the match is 99% the mirror of the skill passage of the playmakers.

Sorry... we know ( all french proA)the train of Olympique Zyrkonien ..
and i know the skill of his best player ( im the french nt coach in S9/10)....

... i think the result of this team ( very good) and the salary of his team ( not expensive).... the balance is very strong & strange...

BB-Charles we need you! Agi/dribbling too strong for little salary ?

This is a very logic result, and very easy to clarify. It has nothing to do with offensive flow, it has to do with the away team being way better than the home team.

- The winning team dominated in all positions except one
- The winning team is balanced, see the player ratings all above 10, while the home team is totally inbalanced, thus ineffective, which probably clarifies the salary difference as well.
- The team ratings of Azur BC were highly influenced by 1 player, the center that played 42 minutes with 150k salary, 16.5 rating, and somewhat the PF 15.5 rating, 34 minutes. The other players most don't even manage to get half the rating of the teams. One man can't make a team win, you need at least 5.

Long story short. Olympique is the better manager, got the better team and wins this game at least 90% of the time. Azur, just as you, seem to value some players effectiveness wrongly. It's about balanced skillsets, not about salary. You can't field 1,5 awesome NBA legends and some schoolyard kids and expect to win vs an all NBA, non legends, team.
