If the game becomes unplayable for a team because of a $6k-$10K salary increase, then there's more problems for that team than noit increasing salaries could help with.

I have to disagree with you. Salaries right now are highly affordable even after the update. I have been training 5-6 players since the start of the season and my total player salaries only went up around $6000 a week. So I imagine it should be even less for players who have just started.

Also, the two salary updates a season are not a permanent fixture.
Per news post:
Because of the potential surprise at the new, higher prices associated with the higher rate of training, wages will update twice per season for the next few seasons, once at the all-star break and the other in the offseason. The first such update will occur after the all-star break this season.

10k a week is a lot for a small team, it doubles what i was loosing every week. This is the problem, nobody realizes that 10k is a lot for small teams.

My team salary has grown of 3k/week in total, it means nothing. The BBs were clear, they would like to create a gap between top divisions and the others, so if you are in fifth division I suggest to not keep in rooster players with more than 5k salary (or if u wanna have them try to make a wild day trading, oooopppsss).

If the salary update causes such a major problem that your finances completely tank for the time between the update and your next home game, you probably have more expenses than you can afford anyways.

If you check your economy page, you should note that you're paying the old salary this week, as the new salaries don't take effect until after the econ update on Sunday.

You should have 3 games that week.

well, I also agree that the salary increase should not harm your team to much.

On the other hand, and the reason for my post:

The first salary increase I had, I wondered why ALL my players increased fairly heavily in salary, while many (most) of them didn't get trained.

Now, with the second increase my team has gone trough, I think I understand.
The players with low Form didn't raise in salary, even though they improved at free throws.

So I think that salary also depends on the form of the player (and maybe even pretty heavy), which is why ALL my players increased after the first time, since I gave them all good minutes...

If this is the case, I must disaprove the system, since it would be too easy to not have your best play before the salary increase and have their forms be low for 1 or 2 weeks to avoid a higher salary, and also it would not be right to have a rather bad player raise in salary while he is only in a very good form at the time, and not just because he improved...

I think salary should only look at the skills of the player, and maybe age, but surely not on anything as variable as from.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
