48 mins is for full training, playing the extra 48 will do nothing but risk an injury and ruin gameshape

He will receive training for exactly 48 mins, since 48mins is the maximum. Every minute he played more has no influence on training.

As long as he played 48+ minutes on a position which is relevant for training (in your example PG, SG or mixture of both) it doesnt matter how long he played on another position. However you should keep in mind that about 55-60mins seems to be perfect for the gameshape of your players.

That's not right, extra minutes above 48 will not ruin gameshape. The ideal minutes for perfect game shap is estimated around 60.

48+48=96. That many minutes is likely to cause a drop in gameshape.

if you are doing double position training is say 40 mins at Pg and 8 mins at Sg the same as 48mins at just one of the two positions?
will you still receive full training?
