Not sure I get how the pool works and I'm trying to find the rules but so far no luck.

Basically you pick one team each week who you think is going to win. If they win, you "survive" to the next week. If they don't, then you get a strike. In this group, two strikes and you are out of the pool. So, this means you can be wrong once and still remain in the league. The big caveat is that you cannot pick the same team twice. So, while the first few weeks may be pretty easy (I emphasize the word "may"), it gets very hard later in the season when you don't have the best teams to pick from.
