your players are clearly unmotivated and lazy, you should fire them or your coach..shake things up.

(i'm not saying this is or isn't the way we've programmed it) i'm just suggesting that you try to buy into the mindset of this being a real team and approach fixing problems like this by trying to manipulate your team.

Forrest excuse me but I didn't understand... It could be possible to have another hidden skill like "motivation" for every single player?

i was trying to make a funny comment, after making it i realized people would try to read into it to gain some insight into how the game works, i wanted to prevent people from doing so because they would probably be misled....

lesson learned is, BBs can't make jokes in the forum.

I've noticed with my last couple of player additions that they have sort of hard time to get going with the new team. I guess it's just coincidence and my paranoia but please confirm you haven't written in GE some acclimation thing?:)

Well no serious explaination about it? You can have a bad moment during a game but in general this should be blocked by time out
