everybody use the same crazy, stupid, nosense, autopliot coach.

so i think its fair for everybody.

Just a game, try to enjoy it, not pick on it's fault.

and i see bb are improving the game step by step.

There is such a thing as constructive criticism you know...

I quote.
Ok, that they say "don't fix it if it isn't broken", but if you can make things run better, maybe it's time to fix them, isn't it?

There have been times I wanted to fire my coach too. Leading by one point with the ball and 17 seconds left, my SG jakced up a three, the other team got the rebound, scored and promoted. I sold that player, blew up my roster and sat in my division for another year.

I have since gone to strictly follow depth chart, and I have not really seen any game managing issues like the one you described. I suggest you do the same and see if you notice a change in your players minutes in the fourth quarter of games.

Well I'm over it now anyways. I was really upset because it was a cup game. But things are looking better now for my team. I find the "strictly follow depth chart" to work ok. I'm not going to trust my coach again unless in scrimmages.

the coach didn't put those players in randomly, he put them in cause they were more effective based upon how tired your starters were.

i will agree that the coach could be better, but what he really should have done is done more effective substituting throughout the game so that your stars weren't tired at the end, not put out the stars even though they were tired... they were effectively worse than the scrubs you put in at that point. The coach doesn't put in players who are less effective just for giggles

Yeah he does, if your opponent's bribed him to. Happens a lot in Italy, I hear*

I swear by Coach Picks From Depth Chart - sometimes I swear at it, but usually by it.

*NOT true. Possibly.

EDIt: In all seriousness, it's easier to take watching your star miss a 23% shot than your backup miss a 24% shot. Mind you, the gist of your post reminds me why I train stamina.
