sometimes it is just a temporary thing, i get those message often in the forum normally it works fine after few minutes.

Okay sent you an BB Mail detailing the steps I took but the steps are pretty straight forward and did not deviate from the norm on what a user should do to report cheaters.

The problem is then probably somehow related to the specific team that you are trying to report as a cheater.
This is the information Charles seems to need from you -- not necessarily a step by step report.
