I had a look at the players involved can't really do much with them to be honest. There height will make training to hard in the ares u would want to train them.

You can theoretically, but training big men to OD PA and in general the guards skills are painful slow, therefore just doesnt worth it. The opposite works with small to big.

Well,
if you have a young player with a height of 6"0' who's listed as C, he'll probably have some nice inside skills. So you could maybe (if his skill set makes it reasonable) play him as PG or SG and train his outside skills.
Like this you could make him a decent SF or PF in the end.
We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

i think a young 7' PG is valuable -- assuming his salary at 18 or 19 is closer to 6000 than 2000, he is already blessed with (at least) a modest amount of outside / passing skills -- now work exclusively on his inside game and in a couple of seasons you have a nicely rounded player --
