First of all I would set the backup and reserve to be the same as the starter. Second of all its easier to train 5 players than it is to train 6. I train 6 and occasionally (only happened to me once due to a foul out) something will happen that causes a player to get subbed in. Most often this can be fouls or injuries, but the in game coach can decide that you are winning by a lot and so sub in your other players. There is no way to control the in game coach. Just set Let them Play, Set Strictly Follow Depth Chart, Set the Backup, Starter and Reserve to be the same person (the trainee) and hope for the best!

Hope that helps!

Check your Selected Players List.

You shouldn't put the other(not in your starters or your backups) players in it.

And sometimes, when u put a inside player on the Guard's position, the thing like this also happens.

i know. that is what my friend explaint to me.

like i said, my friend had this happening to him like once a season, but only lost like 5 minutes to 1 player during 1 game. he never experienced it 2 games in a row, twice for a full quarter.

I will change it to as what you said it should me, but the same player into the same 3 positions and lets hope it works :)

You need to play the same guy in starter, backup and reserve for a start.

Also coach must be set to strictly follow depth chart

And also do not bring unnecessary substitutes into the game. I.e. a player that is not assigned a position but is the roster for the game. The coach tend to sub these guys in especially in blowout wins

yes, when the GE think your Guards is better than your inside guy , when your team needs(like your team is behind at that time), this kind of things will happen.
