He is going ok as a SG but i rate OD as very important for guards so i would train that next.

I wait to train JR with my guards because their salaries skyrocket.

ex:at the start of the year, My buddy had a 19k 21 yo., and I had a 17k 21 yo. His guy has wond. JS, prof JR and resp-strng, in the other guad stats, my guy has prof or better in all skills other than JR, he also has sensa. OD.

Wait to train JR!

I hear prof. is a good enough level for JR anyway, I would commit this season and next to OD while he is very young, then do some 1v1 and JS, once OD is above prolific...

ok then well i might train od with a bit of jr range till it hits strong and go like od,od,jr,1v1 then start it all over again

I will train JR to have 3 popup first for faster result & better outside scoring power, then I will turn to OD

pls understand popup will get faster if such ability is relatively lower than others, that's why I choose JR first]
