No, but there is a known possibility that the browser clock may be out of synch.

I think this is highly unfair, as there is no chance to get a player in a bidwar unless I would have raised the price to I don´t know how high.
That's how the transfer market is intended to work -- you have no chance to get a player in a bidwar unless you raise the price to more than the other guy is willing to pay.

Is it intended to be ebay-like? That´s how it worked yesterday with that other team. I can´t imagine he is able to check my bid and raise it within tenths of a second. And that happened several times.

Why does it matter? If he waited 10 secs then bid the minimum price would it make any difference? You said it is annoying that you had to keep raising the bid, but that is what an auction is all about. One person is willing to pay more than the other. You just had to raise above what he was willing to pay.

Yes, people make quick bids, and will always place a lot of them as the auction expires. No, I don't think anyone uses an autobidder to do that. If you're refreshing the page constantly, it doesn't take too much time to place a new bid.

Ok, i give up. Obviously you don´t want to understand me. I don´t complain about not getting a player because a second team overbids me.
I was just wondering how it´s possible to overbid me in such a quick matter, constantly... And YES, it´s fun having a bidwar against a second or third manager. And NO, it´s no fun having a bidwar against an autobidder or external program, and that´s what it seemed to be.
Quick bids are nice, I do that as well. But I´m human, and I need at least 2 or 3 seconds to overbid a new highest bid.

It just would be nice if an official could check if an external program was used. I know such things from other browser games, so yes, things like that happen...

but suddenly a team stepped in (that not even was logged in)

Users that are logged on for more than 30 minutes don't show up as logged in.

Everytime I refreshed the site, I was overbid again from the same team, always with the minimum to raise the bid.

If you can refresh the site quickly enough to see someone has overbid you, someone else can refresh quickly enough to perform the overbid.

Which is it? Or do I just want to not understand you?

Perhaps your opponent was a F5 junkie. Your own refresh could have taken 2-3 seconds. Thus making him able to overbid you in that time.
