Good Evening USA Buzzerbeater Community.
I’m looking to become the next U21 NT Coach and hopefully guide our team in a positive direction for the future. In reality, a large portion of the work for the 2-season term has already been done by Coco and the trainers of our players. The main duties of our next coach will create the opportunity for our team to compete to win the World Championship down the road and to precisely guide our current team through the Americas tournament and into the World Championship. The Americas tournament can be vital to success in the Worlds. A single misstep in the group stage in season 10 caused us to have a much rougher road in season 11.
I am currently the youngest team in Division 2 of the US. This exemplifies my resourcefulness, dedication, tact, and ability to learn quickly. I still have a lot to learn about some of the nuances in the game engine and I’m still experimenting. Our country has some awesome resources tactically in some of the better managers (both young and old) in the world. I don’t feel that my relative inexperience because of my excellent think-tank of friends and hopefully some helpful comments from some of the more experienced users that frequent the NT boards. I have a large amount of time to dedicate to the team and communicating with trainers.
