I would continue to Pop his JS and OD. Maybe by training 1v1 for 2-3 weeks at the PG/SG slot would help even out his Drving while increasing JS. If he was my player I would pop PA to Proficient and then continue training JS and OD exclusively.

Agree with the OD, but would mix in JR and PA with the JS. You can't have too much OD, otherwise a nice mix with little more JS then the rest (which he already has) seems to be a pretty good sweet spot.

If you can get 2 more OD and 2 more JS in whilst he is still 19, I'd do that then cash in as he will surely be at the point where anyone is likely to pay the highest premium for him.

Why sell him? He's kick-ass..

Sure he is.. but he is also at his most valuable right about now. He is only a perennial potential player and if you carry on training him at the speed you are right now at 21 max 22 he'll be capped. Sure you will get a nice amount for him but compared to what someone will pay you now I think its wiser to cash in and repeat the process with another trainee and use the profit to upgrade 1 or 2 non-trainee positions.
