I'm not sure what you mean. A PR with crowd involvement will boost your HCA and give you a better chance of winning a home game by getting the crowd invovled and more supporting.
An exceptional PR will not increase your chances of winning a game, but will give you a slight boost in attendance and in merchandise income which would give you more money.
