Minutes played that week then you train GS doesn´t matter.
example: player with respectable GS play 100 min train GS and still may have strong or proficient GS

I am asking for about 80-90 minutes...Which are the chances to remain at GS proficinet?

Try 60-65 minutes a week. Works for me

last time i trained game shape almost ever player form my team had GS 9(~80%), and some of that got bad minutes before.(with good starting gs)

i have had guys that only ever play 48 minutes in the scrimmage reach high level gameshape at least strong - but i cant swear that they have become proficient - does anyone know?
