Haven't tried it but I think it is Driving.

According to the rules Driving is the ability to make their own shots, which is what you would assume it trained in One on One

Creator of (http://www.buzzerbeaterstats.com) and (http://www.buzzerbeaternews.com/) -- Ex GM of Australia -- Division 1 winner of Italy Season 1 then moved team to Australia after the country was created by the BBs. Australian team manager for 2 seasons. Won various tournaments and division 1 titles in the following seasons.

Driving and jump shot for sure might be other stats but I only used it for 3-4 weeks

Trained one-on-one this week. Had one player pop in Jump Shot and Handling. Had second player pop in Driving.

probably more driving than the others, since there is no other training that could have driving as a primary skill.
